REICHSTEIN, Gertrude Julian Bertha 'Gertie'

After a brief illness Gertie (Busch) died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at age 80. She was predeceased by her husband Mervin and was the loving mother of Linda, Karen (Willy Conrad), Sandra (Dave Hurrell) and David all of Trout Creek. Gertie was the proud grandmother of Shaun of Trout Creek, Shane (Sarah) of Grand Valley, and Alanna (Tyler) of North Bay. She was also predeceased by her parents Frederick Busch and Bernice Rick (Leduco), and her sister Margaret Harkiss (late Jack). Gertie was the dear sister of Helen Hummel (late Vern), Francis Rick (Mary), and Regina Conrad (Howard) all of Trout Creek and will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.  The family will receive visitors at the Sacred Heart Church, Trout Creek, on Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 7 to 9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the church at 11 am on Monday. Spring interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Trout Creek.
