Moe passed away peacefully on Sunday December 17, 2017 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 70 years. Moe was the loving husband of Karen (nee Cliche), loving father of Jason (Patricia) and Kristopher, and loving grandfather of Alyson and Eden. He will be missed by his brothers Art (Shirley) and Richard (Deanne). Moe was an avid sports player in his younger years having played hockey, soccer, rugby, baseball and fastball. He enjoyed watching sports just as much after he had to hang up his skates, cleats and gloves. His favourite team was the Montreal Canadiens.
As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place through Martyn Funeral Home and a private family service will be held to honour his life. Donations to Jumpstart or KidSport would be gratefully appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff in the Inpatient Medical Unit (C3) at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their excellent care and support during this difficult time.
