RACINE, Lucille (née Brunet)

The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury Sunday May 13th, 2007, at the age of 76 years. Daughter of the late Henri and of the late Flora (née Lamoureux) Brunet. Beloved wife of René Racine of Sudbury. Loving mother of Diane Bisson (Léo) and Rhéal Racine (Joanne) all of Sudbury, Jacques Racine (Pauline) of Val Caron, Line Durette (Paul) of North Bay, Monique Forget of Orleans and Liette Ireland (Robert) of Lac des Loups, Qc. Dear sister of Léa Levac (late Léo) of Sudbury, Claire Campeau (late Joseph) of Windsor, Alcide Brunet (Yvette) and Claude Brunet (Pierrette) all of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her sisters Laurette and Henricia Restoule and by her brothers Ovide Brunet (late Jeannette), Lucien Brunet (late Aurore), Léo Brunet (late Rita) and Victor Brunet (Irène of Azilda). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 11 grandchildren Michelle, Aline, Martin, Nicole, Angèle, Alain, Patrick, Shawn, Anik, Cole, Sean and by her 5 great-grandchildren Jesse, Cody, Alexie, Emily and Spencer. Lucille enjoyed her flowers, gardening, camping, fishing and especially cooking for her family. A special thank you to Linda and the 4th floor Laurentian staff, Diane, Roberta and Loretta at Bayshore and to the staff at the Lasalle Residence.



The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. East (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Wednesday May 16th, 2007 from 2-4:30 pm. A funeral service will follow at 4:30 pm in the Chapel of the Co-Operative Funeral Home, Sudbury. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
