PURDY, William Kenneth “Ken“

In loving memory of William Kenneth “Ken“ Purdy, 96 years, who passed away Thursday evening, November 29th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Center. Beloved husband of Christina Purdy predeceased 1997. Loving father of Clara (husband Fred Bolt) of Wahnapitae. Cherished grandfather of Roland (wife Anna), James, Si Transken (husband Ken) and Jacob. Dear great grandfather of Juliana and Vincent. Dear uncle of Barry and Mary Kingston and family of North Bay. Born in Sault Ste Marie he married Christina in North Bay in 1930. Ken worked as a Mill Operator at INCO for 30 years, retiring in 1966. He was a member of the INCO Quarter Century Club.



Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., today, December 3rd, 2007 at 1 p.m. Interment in the Terrace Lawn Cemetery, North Bay. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Fund would be appreciated.
