POWER, Lorette

Passed away, after a short illness, at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at the age of 90. Lorette Power (née Demers) was the loved mother of Daniel Power (Liliane) of Corbeil. She will be lovingly remembered by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Lorette was the dear sister of Eloise Dewar and Claudette Demers (Harold Upton). Predeceased by her parents, Marie-Anna and Joseph Demers, brothers and sisters, Antonio, Guy and Gene Demers, Lilliane Demers and Fernande Newton.



Interment of cremated remains at Callander Union Cemetery, Saturday, November 25, at 1:15 p.m. followed by a celebration of Lorette's life, at the Royal Canadian Legion in Callander from 2 to 4 p.m. . Funeral arrangements were under the direction of MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME.
