PIGEAU, Lionel

(1920 – 2019)
It is with sorrow that the family announces the death of Lionel Pigeau at the age of 99. He was the beloved husband of 77 years to Anna (Gauthier). He was a loving father to Réjean (Lucille Giroux), daughter Réjeanne (John Cobham) and Evelyne (Léonard Gionet).  He will be sadly missed by nine grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren who will never forget their Pépère. Predeceased by one daughter Thérèse and one grand-daughter Rachelle Poitras. Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday December 2, 2019 at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport road, between 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Vincent de Paul church on December 3rd, 2019 at 11am. Heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Cowan and all staff of the NBRHC for the exceptional care and compassion provided to our father, grandpa and husband.
