(Retired Operations Manager, Westburne) Conley Phillips of North Bay passed away on March 22, 2013 at the age of 69 in the company of his loving family. Loved by Deborah, his wife of 42 years, his children Samantha (Mike), Tricia (Grant), and Jessica; grandchildren Joshua, Forest, Chloe and Jude; and his siblings, Mae, Joyce, Joan (deceased), Violet, Bruce, and Bessie. A dedicated husband, father and grandfather, Conley enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Respecting Conley’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Spring interment will be held at Restoule Cemetery. A special thank you to the staff of C1 and C3 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
