After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Betty Lou has left us to join her father Cecil and niece Courtney in heaven. She passed away peacefully at West Nipissing General Hospital in Sturgeon Falls on Friday, February 18, 2005 at the age of 47. Betty Lou was the beloved daughter of Claudette and the late Cecil Peterson. Dear sister of Debra Harold (Gordon) of Sudbury, Mike of Crystal Falls, Glen of Brooks, Alberta, Carol Poisson of Tiverton, and Jeffrey (Tara) of Pennsylvania. Her beautiful smile will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She will also be missed by teachers and friends of Arc Industries. Family receiving friends at the THÉORæT FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, February 20, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Jean-Claude Lefebvre will celebrate the funeral mass at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Church in Crystal Falls on Monday, February 21, 2005 at 11 a.m. Interment Crystal Falls.
