Thank you to LHIN for coordinating with NBRHC, CarePartners and Medigas in getting our mother home as per her wishes, to the CarePartners nurses and PSW for the care they provided. special thank you to PSW Lise at Paramed for the 3 years of care and friendship.
As per our Mother’s wishes, cremation has taken place and funeral will take place at St-Vincent-de-Paul in late spring
