Peever, Joyce (nee Yerkie)

Peacefully passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Sunday January 3, 2016 at the age of 60. Loved by her husband John. Dearly loved mother to Lydia, Amber Hillsdon (Jason Hussey). Cherished grandmother of Crimson and Jacob Hillsdon. Joyce was survived by her brother George Yerkie (Monique). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and friends and family. Joyce worked at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #445 for 22 years. In keeping with Joyce’s wishes cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home Crematorium. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Senior’s Room of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #445 with a light lunch to follow.
