Patterson, Joan (nee Bell)

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday March 2, 2015 at the age of 82 years . Beloved wife of 63 years to Thom Patterson.  Loving mother of Larry (Colleen Hauck), Steven (Cathy), Coleen, Chris Taylor (Kirk). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jen (Randy), Geoff, Eric (Beth Holden) and great grandchildren Emily, Colton, Ethan & Jared. Also survived by her sister Diane Bell. She was predeceased by her sister June.  She will be remembered for helping so many through her work with Weight Watchers. She was a member of the North Bay Choral Society for 20 years. A celebration of her life will be held at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES on Thursday March 5th at 4pm. Donations in memory of Joan to the North Bay Regional Health Centre – Renal Dialysis Care Fund would be appreciated by her family.  The family would like to thank the staff of the North Bay Regional Health Centre, especially the Kidney, Renal and C.C.U. units at for the care given to Joan.
