It is with great sadness that the family of Rune Arne Othinn announce his sudden passing at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, September 3rd, 2021, at the age of 73. Loving father of Cara Britt Fox and Aurora Helen Hildi Fox. Dear brother of Francis Alter (Stephen Alter). He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and those he assisted.
