Jim left us to celebrate his birthday with the angels, passing away peacefully surrounded by family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on March 4, 2014 at the age of 84 years. Jim Nunner was the beloved husband of Lina (née Dégagné) and loved father of Bonnie Kirkey (Steven), Mary-Anne Boudreau (Joe) and Kathy Matton (Stéphane Hould). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Sarah Holotuk (Blair), James Brousseau (Malorie), Michael Kelly, Billy Boudreau (Caroline), Amanda Boudreau, Michelle Matton (Jeffery Dudka), Kelly Matton and his great-grandchildren, Bryson, Braedan, Barett, Katie, Haley, Skyler, Nolan and baby Boudreau who will join us in the spring. Dear brother of Angelo (June), Marg Nunner, Roseanne Field, Mary Stobl (Jake, deceased) and Christine Tedford (Rick, deceased). Predeceased by his daughter, Cathy Kelly, parents, Philomena (née Gagliardi) and Steve Nunner, brothers, Louis (Alma, deceased) and Steve (Judy Davis) and sisters, Dora Harris (Boyd, deceased) and Carolyn Carr (Geoff, deceased). Will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home on Friday from 2- 4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Inurnment at All Saints Mausoleum to follow.
