Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at the age of 83. Frances Nicoll was the loved mother of Scott Nicoll (Vickie) of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Iain, Jessie and Jessica. Frances will be sadly missed by her sister, Shirley Beattie of Alberta along with many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Margaret (née Legris) and Cyril Kerr, one brother, Randolph, three sisters, Mildred Dellar, Carmel Kerr and Kathleen Russell.
No visitation. Cremation. A memorial mass will be celebrated at Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption, Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment of cremains at St. Mary's Cemetery. Frances was a nurse with a lifelong career at North Bay General Hospital.
