NELSON, Barbara Anne

At her residence in North Bay, Saturday, January 5, 2008. Barbara Anne Nelson (nee Larson) dearly loved wife and best friend of Larry Nelson in her 64th year. Barb is survived by her sisters and brother, Connie Johnson (Wes), Brandon, Man., Glen Larson (Angie), Norquay, Sask., Thelma Smith (Brian), Edmonton, AB., Theressa Watt (Colvin), Havelock, PQ., and by Larry's mother, Esther Nelson, Norquay, Sask, his sisters, Oriole Livingston (Fred), Norquay, Sask., Yvonne Van Dellen and his brothers, James Nelson (Judy), Norquay, Sask., Lyle Nelson (Caroline), Vancouver, BC., and Dwight Nelson, Cochrane, AB. She was a very special aunt and will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Barb and Larry travelled all over the world together during their 43 years of marriage, but have spent the last years here in North Bay. Barb sold real estate for many years,and was a member of Dr. Herbert A. Bruce Chapter of the IODE.



Cremation has taken place .Memorial visitation at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. till time of service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated by the family. To know Barb was to love her. She will be very much missed.
