Survived by 2 sons, Boris (wife Paula) and their daughter Brielle, and Alexander (wife Wendy) and their children Kurtis and Derek. Nick was devoted to his work, he had great determination and outstanding skill. He lived his life to the Rotary motto of “service above self“ and was always happy to share his successes with Sudbury, as seen during his 50th wedding anniversary and his 85th birthday when he asked his many well wishers to show their support through substantial donations to Vale Inco Living with Lakes Centre and the Samaritan Centre. Active in community affairs, Nick is Past President, Honouary Member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Sudbury, a member of the Sudbury & District Chamber of Commerce, Past Director of the Sudbury Theatre Centre, supported community groups & organizations and was past President of the Ready Mixed Concrete Association of Ontario.
