Peacefully at his home in Thessalon on Monday October 22, 2007. Elmer Mills in his 89th year, beloved husband of Joyce Mills. Loving father of Derek ( Beth ) of Iron
Bridge, Deris Holub ( Jake ) of Sudbury and Derward ( Angelisa ) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special grandfather to Kevin, Marabeth, Keith, Jennifer, Scott, Allison, Deryl, Deralise, and the late James and William. Dear brother of Norma Lachance ( John ) of Fenlon Falls and the late Orville, Ken ( Joy ), Edith McNally ( late Max ), Geogina Rothwell ( late Bill ) and Geraldine Gregory ( Bob ). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.



Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Wednesday October 24, 2007 from 7 – 9pm. Funeral service at Zion United Church, Thessalon on Thursda,y, October 25, 2007 at 10:30am. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Donations to the Thessalon Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation gratefully accepted.
