A memorial service for the late Edward Freier was conducted by Reverend Jane Howe of St. Andrew's United Church at the Royal Canadian Legion Callander Branch, Friday, June 10, 2005 at 1 p.m. Edward Freier passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Monday, June 6, 2005 in his 80th year. He was the beloved husband of Sylvia (née Hampson) and loved father of Sandra Nash (Dan Power Jr.) and Kevin Freier (Linda). He will be dearly remembered by his grandchildren - Jordanna 'Princess' and Graham Nash, Caron and Kelsan Freier and his sister Elsie MacDonald. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium.
