McKEOWN, Glenna Sarah

After a long illness, Glenna passed away on May 26, 2005 in her 81st year at Oshawa General Hospital. Glenna is predeceased by her husband Bill. Survived by her three children, Bill Jr. of Wainwright, Alberta, Don and wife Bev of Cold Lake, Alberta, Gail and her husband Grant of Whitby, Ontario. Remembered by her grandchildren; Patricia Mroch and husband Jeremy, Katherine Longpre and husband Jamie Johns, Alexandra Longpre, Grant McKeown, Neil McKeown, Alexander Johnson. Great-grandchildren; Rebecca, Julia, Annabelle, and Waverly. Glenna touched many lives and was a friend to all she met. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and neighbour and was loved by all. Funeral arrangements in the care of the W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, Whitby, 905-668-3410. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Dr. D. Sarile, Toronto, Dr. M. Fry and Dr. H. Campbell of Oshawa General Hospital and a special thanks to the Durham Cancer Society for all of their support.
