Died at the North Bay General Hospital - McLaren Site, on Sunday, April 20, 2008. Andrew, was the beloved husband of Phyllis Ann Hutson, he was 63 years old. Loving father of Katherine McIntosh of North Bay, Jamie McIntosh (Angela) of Barrie and Jeffery McIntosh (Tracey Stack) of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Emily, Amy and Mya. He will be sadly missed by his brother James McIntosh (Barbara) of North Bay, by his Aunt Velma Jones of North Bay and by his brother in law Robert Hutson of Ottawa. Andrew was a proud member of the North Bay Fire Department, prior to his early retirement. Respecting Andrew's wishes Cremation was taken place at the Forest Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium.
