(1928 - 2008) The family announces with sorrow her death, peacefully with her family by her side, at the West Nipissing General Hospital in Sturgeon Falls on November 1st, 2008 at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Michael Mayhew. Loving mother of Michael Mayhew (Jeanette) of Hanmer and Maureen Mayhew of Sturgeon Falls. Dear sister of Mark Bergeron (Rita) of North Bay, Cecile Bergeron-Benoit and Maurice Mayhew, both of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her eight grandchildren, Charlene Gour, Shawn Mayhew (Anne Marie), Robert Renaud, Lacey Renaud, Anik Arcand, Anthony Philion (father Denis Philion), Nancy Mayhew- Pearsoll (Keith) and Michael Mayhew (Melissa) as well as by her great granddaughter Brooke Pearsoll. Sister-in-law of Maurice Mayhew of Sturgeon Falls and Monica Mayhew of Sudbury. Predeceased by her children Mark Mayhew and Michelle Mayhew as well as by her brother Raoul Bergeron (Lucia) and by her sister Andrea Bergeron. Also predeceased by her sisters- in-law Marlene Mayhew, Muriel and Marie Mayhew-Roach. The family will receive friends at the THEORET BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, Thursday, November 6th, 2008 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Funeral Prayers will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m. Donations to the Paraplegic Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated (cheques only).
