Alice Susan Peacefully at her home in Calvin, on Saturday, November 15, 2008. Alice was the beloved wife of the late Arthur James Maxwell, she was in her 92 year. She was the loving mother of Clifford Maxwell and his wife Marlin) of North Bay, Robert Maxwell, Fred Maxwell, Judy and her husband Richard Sparks, Marilyn Foster and Leonard Maxwell and his wife Noella all of Calvin. She was predeceased by her son Richard, by her daughter in law Doris and by her 15 siblings. She will be lovingly remembered by her 19 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren. Dearly loved sister of Lloyd Graff and by her brother-in-law Robert Garbutt. Visitation will held at the Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel” on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel” on Thursday, November 20th at 10:30 am. Interment to follow in the family plot at the Calvin Township Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Mattawa Masonic Lodge #405 or MasonIC C.h.i.p Ontario will be gratefully acknowledged as expression of sympathy.
