MATHIEU, Hector

Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Friday, March 2, 2007, Hector Mathieu, beloved son of the late Melina and Orphilia Mathieu in his 91st year. Loved brother of Yvonne Secord, Rene Mathieu and Dellard Mathieu. Predeceased by four sisters, Marie Martin, Loretta Humbert, Irene Labrosse, Rose Laframboise and brothers Fred, Romeo, Emile and Oliver Mathieu. Dear uncle of Loreen 'Dee' Sykes, Clayton, Garry, Glenn and Blair Mathieu, several other nieces and nephews and greatnieces and greatnephews.

Hector was a WWII Veteran of the Canadian Army. Before retirement, he was a crew clerk with the Canadian Pacific Railway. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of service in the Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday at 11 a.m. (funeral celebrant, nephew Greg Humbert). Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
