Peacefully at Cassellholme on Friday, March 7, 2008 at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by her husband John MacDonald and her sister Beryl (husband Bill McDonald, surviving). Dear mother of Brian (Caroline) of Welland, Doug (Judy) of Orillia, Grant (Mary) of Kingston and John of Ottawa. She will be fondly remembered by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Isabelle Foreman (Bert, predeceased) of Parry Sound. Alma was a registered nurse at North Bay St. Joseph's Hospital for many years. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., on Sunday March 9th from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 pm. Funeral Service Monday March 10th at Hillside at 2 pm. Donations to the Parkinson Foundation of Canada, Cassellholme or charity of choice in memory of Alma will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
