Our dear Mom passed away peacefully at Eastholme on Saturday, September 1, 2012 in her 89th year with her family by her side. Grace (Fraser) was predeceased by her husband Chester Wilford Long (1920-2007). She was the loving mother of Ed (Lorraine) of Callander, Betty Anne (Michael Park) of North Bay and Eric (Donna Lee) of Huntsville, and proud grandmother of Jeff, Carrie, Brad, Kevin, Francine, Bernadette and the late Tammy and great-grandmother of Tamara, Kaitlynn, Hailey, Spencer, Tyler, Kaydin, Grace, Gabriella, Lucas and Callum. Grace was the dear sister of May Munro (the late Angus) of Powassan, David Fraser (Hilda) of Mattawa and Douglas Fraser (Donna) of Saskatoon, SK, and predeceased by siblings Edwin Fraser, Ethel Geisler (the late Art), and Erva Rowlandson (the late Bob). The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home in Powassan on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 12:30 to 2 pm. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2 pm.
