LOEWEN (nee Baerg), Elsie Tina

Passed away peacefully at Leisureworld Nursing Home on Tuesday, February 5th, 2013. Elsie was the beloved wife of Peter M. Loewen, she was 91 years old. Loving mother of Rev. Janet Jones and her husband Rev. Andrew Jones, Joyce Ann and her husband David Jones , Robert Loewen and his wife Rev. Marie Loewen, Gary Loewen and his wife Margaret and Joan Walker (Bob Elliott). She will be lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and by her 13 great grandchildren. Dearly loved sister of Jake, Mary, Viola, Carol and Marjorie. A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church Anglican on Saturday, February 9th at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow the service with spring burial of ashes at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Christ Church Anglican Building Fund (cheques only) will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
