LECOUR, Gary

After a courageous battle with cancer, Gary passed away peacefully at North Bay General Hospital, McLaren Site, on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Helen for 45 years. Loving and much loved father of David (Shannon) of Orillia and Chris (Nada) of Collingwood. Cherished grandpa of Kiersten, Mariah, Holly and Benjamin. Dear brother of William and brother-in-law of Rosemary McKinnon. Predeceased by his parents Dave and Loretta and brother(Vincent and sister-in-law, Jacqueline.

Gary was involved in hockey all his life as a player, coach, scout and fan. Nothing was more important to Gary than his family. He often said his greatest joy was his children and grandchildren.

Friends will be received at MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Church, Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.

If desired, memorial donations to Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre or North Bay General Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
