LECAPPELAIN, Alton

The family announces the passing of Alton Lecappelain on Saturday April 8, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Marie Joan Sim, he was born May 2, 1929 in Smooth Rock Falls, Ont. Loving father of Jim and his wife Jeannie, Steve and his wife Karen, Bruce and his wife Carolyn and Nancy and her husband Mike Walsh all of North Bay and Larry of Redbridge. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren David, Daniel, Mark, Amy (Jeremy), Curtis, Lisa, Jenna, Evan, Kelsey, Gregory, Bradley, Tyler, Serena, Sarah, Shawn and Kevin. Dearly loved brother of Beth Mousseau of North Bay. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Bessie Lecappelain and by his brother George.



Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A private family memorial service for Alton will be held on Wednesday. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.



If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research Centre or the Daffodil Lodge will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. an (Gisele). The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Sunday, April 2, 2006 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Monday 10:00 to 11:00 am. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 11:00 am. Spring interment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
