1928-2008 - The family announces with sorrow her death at the West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Gaspard and of the late Délicia (née Savignac) Perreault. Cherished wife of Aldébert Lavergne of Sturgeon Falls. Loving mother of Roger (Olive) and Claire Thibeault both of Sudbury, Angèle Lapointe (Louis) of Verner and Daniel of Levack. Dear sister of Léonard (Denise) of Azilda, Germaine Levac (Ernest), Simone Valade (late John) and Vital (Laurence) all of Sturgeon Falls, Maurice (Ginette) of Montréal and Solange Berthiaume of Sudbury. Predeceased by her three brothers, Roger (Rose of Sturgeon Falls), René (Cécile of Montréal) and Rhéal (Evelyne of Windsor). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. An active member of her community, Thérèse was a member of the Daughter's of Isabella, Les Châtelaines and the Ladies Auxilary of the West Nipissing General Hospital. She was a very multi-talented and generous person who cared for and loved all those around her. The family will receive friends at THEORET BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, on Sunday, March 16, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held in Sacré Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls, on Monday, March 17, 2008 at 11 a.m. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation, or to Au Chateau would be appreciated.
