LARUE, Carmelle

Our precious Maman, Carmelle Nicole Marie (née Duchesne) LaRue passed peacefully with her children by her side on Wednesday, July 27th, 2022, in her 78th year.

Dearly loved mother of Luke LaRue (Randy), Christine LaRue Fraser (Mike), Randy LaRue (Tammy) & Paul LaRue (Perry).

Predeceased by her husband Willard LaRue, her mother Albertine Boissonneault, father Laurent Duchesne, and sisters Jeannine & Rollande.

Beloved sister of Colette, Mona, Lorraine, Michelle, Paulette, Diane St-Jean, Thérèse, Léon, Paul & Jean. Dear sister in law of Rhéo, Aurel, Paul, Pat, Clifford & Orland.

Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher (Kayla), Victoria, Kelsey, Destiny, Malachi, Natalia and great grandchildren, April, Willow, Kyrah, Mireya & McKinley.

Family was everything to our maman, she loved family gatherings with food, music, dancing, and always cherished visits with friends and family. She brought such love and joy to our lives and we are comforted to know that she is reunited with the love of her life.

Maman touched many lives with her gentle, kind, loving, fun and sometimes unfiltered personality     she will live on in our hearts and we will always remember and feel her loving presence.

Our sincere appreciation & thank you to our maman’s caregivers at Water’s Edge for their love, care and compassion.

Family and friends may pay their respects at Hillside Funeral Services, Saturday August 13th from 1:00 – 3:00 pm for a visitation, followed by a service at 3:00pm.

Family & friends are welcomed to join Christine & Mike at their home following the service, for tea, coffee and desserts.
