After declining health, Lou Larochelle died peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at North Bay General Hospital surrounded by family. He was in his 82nd year. Lou was predeceased by his parents Rosanna (Dupuis) and Eugene Larochelle. He was the beloved husband of Dolores K. (Latour) of Powassan and the loving father of Terry Larochelle (Cindy) of Callander, Christine Labrecque (Leon) of Chisholm, Kim Jardine (Dale) of Powassan, Todd Larochelle (Kathy) of North Bay and Lisa DeCarufel (Ron) of Corbeil. Lou was the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors in the PAUL FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm with Prayers at 8:45 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am in St. Joseph's Church Powassan. Spring interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
