(born September 21st, 1950) - passed away peacefully on June 26, 2008 at the age of 57, surrounded by the love of his cherished family. André, having shown courage and determination in his days of suffering, is now mourned by his beloved wife Françoise (Groulx), with whom he would have celebrated 32 years of wedlock this coming November 20th. André was the youngest child of Roland Larivière (deceased 1998) and Colombe Gagné (deceased 1991). His wife's sorrow is shared by André's brother and sisters: Françoise (Robert Lafleur) in Ottawa, Éric (Lucienne) in Bonfield, Catherine in Vancouver, Denise (Daniel St-Jean) in Ottawa and also Danielle in Ottawa. In her grief Françoise is surrounded by her mother Bernadette (Gauthier), two sisters Louise (Gilles Durocher), Gisèle (Victor Corbeil) and her brother Richard (Karen Hewitt). Funeral service will be conducted at Ste-Bernadette Parish in Bonfield on Friday July 4th 2008 at 2 pm. Expressions of sympathy will be received before and after the ceremony.
