Surrounded by her parents, sister and niece, Keely-Anne Faye died peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2005, after a lengthy battle with cancer, at the age of 43 years. She was the loved mother of Tara-Leigh and Eric (Jazmin) Weckwerth and grandmother to Jacob. Beloved daughter of James and Bev Laporte and dearly loved sister of Lori (Chris Brandt). Special aunt of Ashley and Kelsey Generoux. She is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family. No visitation, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service celebrating her life at a later date. Special thanks from the family to Wendy Kightley who was not only Keely's nurse but a special friend. Thank you to Dr. and Mrs. Galipeau for their many acts of kindness. And to all the Para-Med and Palliative Care nursing staff, we thank you for looking after our beloved Keel. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Laporte's Garden Centre and all the staff members will truly miss her.
