Peacefully passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on October 13, 2015 at the age of 67 years. Dearly loved husband of Delia (nee Auger). Loving father of Cindy Plante (Jacques) and Carole Laplante (Pat). Cherished grandpa of Michel and Christian Plante and Joshua and Micheal Lawrence. Dear brother of Donald, Larry (Raymonde), Yvette Gagnon (Andy), Evelyn Laplante (Jean Guy Chenier), Rollande Warbrick (Glen), Gerry (Elaine Brown), Collette Jeanneault (Jim), Julie Laplante (Richard Plante) and Suzette Thibeault (Claude). Bob will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by Delia’s family, his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Ernest and Bella (nee Labreque). Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home of Thursday October 15, 2015 from 2- 4  & 7-9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse St. Vincent-de-Paul on Friday October 16, 2015 at 11 am. Donations to the Canadian Lung Association or Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated by his family. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to the Staff on the palliative floor at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and to Dr. Carlson and Dr. Oyeniran for their exceptional care of Bob.
