Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Thursday, September 25, 2008 at the age of 82. Rita (née Beaulieu) was the beloved wife of the late Armand Laplante and loved mother of Denis (wife Pat) and Lorraine. She will be lovingly remembered by grand- daughters, Michelle and Kristie (husband Valerio) and great-grandchildren, Mark and eagerly anticipated twins. Rita was the dear sister of Henry and Joe Beaulieu, Thérèse Desjardins and Irene McFadden. Predeceased by one son, Danny and her parents, Louise Dégagné and William Beaulieu. No visitation. Family requests that relatives and friends honour Rita's memory with thoughts of the beauty of life and love. Rita will be lovingly ushered to her final resting place alongside her predeceased husband and son in a private ceremony. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME.
