Sylvia Langford passed away peacefully with her daughters at her side at Easthome on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in her 87th year. Sylvia was the beloved wife of Everett C. Langford (predeceased 1984). She was the loving mother of Patricia A. Young- (Doug)" and Vickie C. Wright (Garth), both of Powassan. Devoted grandmother of David and Joel Young, Travis and Tyler Wheeldon, and step grandmother of Tyler Wright. Sylvia was the second eldest daughter of Edgar and Mabel Abraham, and dear sister of Virginia Doran (Eddie, deceased) of North Bay, and predeceased .by sister, Phyllis O'Connor (Mike, deceased), and brothers Ted (Marguerite) of Powassan and Jack Abraham (Evelyn) of Cambridge; The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan (705-724-2024) Friday, January 16th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Saturday, January 17th at 11 a.m. with the Reverend John Lockyer officiating and-the Reverend Dalt Woodward assisting.
