LANDRY, Fernande (née Longpré)

1921- 2006 - The family announces with sorrow her death at the Au Château, Home for the Aged, Sturgeon Falls, on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Phillias and the late Ida (née Renaud) Longpré. Loving wife of Fernand Landry of Sturgeon Falls. Cherished mother of Doug (Maureen) of Thunder Bay, Ray (Laura) of Red Lake, Larry (Diana) of Ste Catharines and Léonard (Marielle) of St. Charles. Dear sister of Rolande Sloper (Jim) of Ste. Catharines. Predeceased by her brother, Marcel Longpré. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and by her numerous nieces and nephews.



The family will receive relatives and friends at THEORET- BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, today, June 29, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Friday, friends may call after 11 a.m. Reverend Father Gérald LaJeunesse will celebrate the Funeral Mass at La Résurrection Church, Sturgeon Falls, on Friday, June 30, 2006 at 2 pm. In memory of Fernande, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
