LAJEUNESSE, Gemma

(1917-2007) - The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Sunday September 2, 2007 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Joseph and of the late Marie-Anne (née Arbour) Lajeunesse. Dear sister of Irène Poirier (late Alfred) of Sturgeon Falls, Lucien (Irène) of Hamilton and Ernest (Régina) of Ottawa. Predeceased by her brothers Raymond (Alice) of Espanola, Émérian (Gisèle) of St. Jérome P.Q., Lionel and Rhéal and by her sisters Aurélia and Anita. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Gemma was the former owner and operator of Camp Raymond in Lavigne.



The family will receive friends at the THÉORT BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2 Racette Street, Verner, Wednesday from 2-4, 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial to be held Thursday September 6, 2007 at 11a.m. in Notre Dame de la Visitation Church, Lavigne. Donations to Au Chateau, Home for the aged, would be appreciated.
