After a long struggle with cancer at the North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site on Monday May 22, 2006 in her 77th year. Dear wife of Allan Lahde. Loving mother of Bonnie Scott (David) and Karen Young (Joseph) all of Thunder Bay. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer and Jonathon Scott and Alana and Justin Young. Predeceased by her grandson Jamie Scott, her brothers Everett, George and Dalton and her sisters Dorothy and Ruth. Special thanks to the nurses of third floor west for their care.
Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at Laurier Avenue United church. Cremation to follow at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
