It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our sweet angel, Maddie Claire Lagassie on October 14, 2017 at the age of 17 months and 4 days. Precious daughter of Justin Lagassie and Chelsey Guillemette. Maddie will be sadly missed by her grandparents; Jane Lagassie (Gabriel Lagassie-predeceased), Nancy Lamarre and Francois Guillemette. Dearly loved niece of Krista Jobin (Paul), and Brandon Lamarre. Maddie will be missed by her cousins; Trinity and Ethan Jobin, her great-grandparents; Claire Lagassie, Alice Langelier, Marcel Landry, Dorothy Reynolds and her godparents; Crystal and Jeff Nettinga, their children Sydnee and Cohen and by her extended family and friends. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday October 18, 2017 from 9 am until 1 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Paroisse Ste. Bernadette (Bonfield) on Wednesday at 2 pm. Interment to follow at Ste. Bernadette Cemetery. Donations to the Roger Neilson House would be gratefully appreciated by her family. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Roger Neilson House, Pediatrics at the North Bay Regional Health Center, NICU at CHEO and especially Dr. Splinter and Dr. Doherty for your care and compassion shown to our family.
