January 1, 1960 to April 1, 2020

The family announces with deep sorrow the sudden passing of Bill Kotsopoulos on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the age of 60.

Bill will be sadly missed by his loving wife Susan (Devost) and his loving son Samuel and step children Brandon (Jenna) Devost and Cassandra (Tyler) Devost-Cox and 3 grandchildren Bryson, Ryker and Isabella.  Son of Stefane and Evangelina (deceased); dearly loved brother to Mike (Renee) and Nick; and nephews Christopher and Steven.  Son-in-law to Betty and Fern Devost (deceased) and brother-in-law to Mike (Katie) Devost; Mark (Nicole) Devost; and Glenn, Keith and Garry Paulsen.

Bill was truly a gentle soul and would do anything for anyone that needed help.  Bill was remembered most by that beautiful smile that would light up a room.  After being a paramedic in Parry Sound, North Bay, and Sudbury he then moved on to Health and Safety.  He semi-retired but couldn’t give up on working at his business SafetyBill as he truly enjoyed socializing with all in his course.  He loved to spend time in Sundridge and being in the bush with his dog Bailey and planting gardens. He truly loved going to all of Samuel’s football games and practices.  He enjoyed weekends away with Susan and exploring wherever they went.

My dearest hubby, I will miss your strong arms around me and your kisses and your strong desire to protect me and the family. You have been my ray of sunshine. I will love you forever and always. You were my best friend. You will be so missed by all who knew you. Until we meet again my love.

A Celebration of Life shall take place as soon as the present worldly circumstances will allow. Arrangements have been made through Basic Cremation Services.
