Peacefully in her sleep at the North Bay General Hospital - Scollard Site, on Thursday, November 2, 2006. Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Devoted wife of 62 years to Bert Knapp (predeceased). Loving mother to Harold (Nicole) of
Pristina, Kosovo and Catherine (Gordon Morland) of North Bay. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ian & Whitney Morland, Erika and Maria-Laure Knapp and by her niece and nephew Elizabeth & Rob McClung.
Eleanor was a stay at home mom, whose life revolved around her family. She was passionate about bridge and enjoyed social outings with friends.
Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. A Memorial Service for Eleanor will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 24th, at 2:30 PM.
