KERSLAKE, Barclay “Barc“

(1934-2007) - At the North Bay General Hospital - Scollard Site, after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, July 12, 2007. Barc was the beloved partner of Viola MacVicar and will be remembered by her children Susanne (Michael Carr), Mike (Delia) and Ronald. He will be remembered by his son Lloyd (Margaret). Dearly loved grandfather to Ashley, Keegan, Kieran, and Evan. Barc enjoyed teaching high school for many years, first at Widdifield and then at F.J. McElligott (Mattawa). Following his retirement, Barc socialized with his friends at the local grocery stores, Heritage Carousel/Railway and the North Bay Woodcarvers.



Cremation at the Forest Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium. A time of fellowship will be held at the Calvin Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, July 17th from 10:00 am until the time for a Memorial Service in the Sanctuary at 11:00 am. If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall).
