KENT, (nee Sullivan), Eileen

On Wednesday, May 2, at the age of 86, Eileen was called home by her Lord. She will be so greatly missed by her husband Edgar, by her son Chris (Merrilyn) of Hamilton, daughter Gail Barnhart of North Bay, and son Mark (Julie) of Canmore. Her grandchildren, Samara Paleczny (Glenn), Ryan Barnhart (Ann Welsh), Paul Kent (Esperenza), Abigail, Parker & Naomi Kent treasure the fondest memories of this gentle, gracious grandmother. Her two great grandchildren, Lauren and Nicholas Paleczny will also share in Eileen's legacy of faith, and her spirit of creativity. Eileen will be sadly missed by her sister Helen Barker of North Bay, predeceased by her sister Elsie Pyke and by her son in law Gordon Barnhart.

Family will be receiving friends at the Martyn Funeral Home (across from City Hall) on Monday, May 7, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 1250 Cassells Street, North Bay on Tuesday May 8th at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at the North Bay Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to World Vision, Salvation Army or the North Bay Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.
