passed away peacefully at North Bay, surrounded by his family, on Friday, November 14, 2003. John Kennedy, was the beloved husband of Doris Bain, at the age of 87. Loving father of Carolyn Kennedy (Peter) and Valerie Bowness (Rodger). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Robin (Mike), John (Barb), Kara (Greg), Gillian, Leah, Meghan, Brad (Melanie) and great grandchildren Annagh, Holly, Samuel, Benjamin and Satchel. Predeceased by his siblings William, Elliot, Peter and Claire. John was the founder of Pinewood Park Motel Inn (North Bay), the developer of the Pinewood and Kenwood Subdivisions, and he was the owner/operator of Kennedy Real Estate. Funeral Services from St. Andrew’s United Church on Sunday, November 16th at 2:00 PM. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
