Mom passed away quietly on Friday April 8th, 2011 due to complications following surgery. She passed away knowing she was extremely loved by her best friend / daughter Moira and her son Peter, his wife Lisa, and her grandchildren Ella and Cal. Predeceased by her husband John in 1981. Also survived by her sister Doris and loving brother in law Bill Webster of North Bay and sister Dorothy of Victoria B.C., she was also predeceased by her brother Bernard Frankham. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and all the friends she met during the remarkable time she was with us. Joyce was a life long member of the Franklin Street Knitting Club and TOPS. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7 – 9 pm, and on Tuesday April 12th from 10:00 am until time for services to celebrate her life to be held in the chapel at 11:00am. Interment Terrace Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to All Heart Pet Rescue will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
