Passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Arnel leaves behind his son's, Barry (Cris) Joly and Brian Joly, his grandchildren Dwight, Eric, and Philip Joly and one great granddaughter. Arnel is predeceased by his son Bruce Joly and his mother Florence.
As per Arnel's wishes, cremation has taken place.
