Passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the NBRHC surrounded by her loving family in her 79th year. Survived by her beloved husband Jim, son Brian (Linda), daughter Sheila, grandchildren Jim, Katie and fur baby Bailey. Sadly missed by brothers and sisters. Predeceased by parents Clifford and Hazel Carr. The family wishes to thank staff at NBRHC, Paramed and VON special thanks to PSW Chasity. Respecting her wishes no service or visitation. Cremation by BASIC CREMATION SERVICES. Donations in Elsie’s name to All Heart Pet Rescue would be appreciated.
