HUMMEL, Gerwin

Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the age of 76. Gerwin Hummel was the beloved husband of Helen (née Davis) and loved father of Connie Reichstein (Reg) and Audrey Hummel (Mike Foisy) both of Redbridge. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Emily, Brandon, Devin, Mason and MacKenzie. Gerwin was the dear brother of Mel (Marilyn), Merril (Karen), Wayne (Kathi), Jeannette Corcorcan (late Allen), Sheila Stepaniak (John) and Marlene Peterson (Sven). Predeceased by his parents, Isabelle and Bob Hummel.



Family and friends may pay their respects at MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, today from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Church, Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Trout Creek Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Alzheimer's Society or Multiple Sclerosis Society would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
