HEAD, Margaret

It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Head (nee Glynn) announces her death on May 3, 2006 in her 80th year. She passed away peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital (Scollard Site) surrounded by her loving family. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Harvey Head. Loving mother of Larry (Rhonda), Mark, and Anne Buckley (Robert). She was predeceased by her dearly loved son Paul (Madonna). Dear sister of Irvin Glynn and the late John (Jack) Glynn. “Nan” will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Christopher Head (Sheila), Matthew Head, Brooklyne, Madison and Robert Buckley and great grandchildren Dustin, Kayla and Sarah-Lynne Head. Lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Dorothy Bradley and Marjorie Cryderman and by nieces Ginny and Janice Brooking.



According to Marg's wishes, there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Nursing Staff of the North Bay General Hospital and to Dr. Cowan. Special thanks to Monsignor Dave Tramontini. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the McGuinty Funeral Home.
